This is one of his best Keystone films “The Masquerader” I highly recommend it

Charlie Chaplin & Roscoe Arbuckle in his Keystone film “The Masquerader” 1914. Interesting thing about this film is you see him Charlie in regular clothes as Charles Chaplin, the tramp & as a woman.

Part II - As “the tramp”

He plays an actor who can’t keep his mind on his job so is told to hit the bricks. This was funny..

Part III   After losing “his” job he comes back to apply for the position of an actress.

The first time I seen this film I was taken aback when I realized this attractive woman was in fact Charlie complete with kiss curl and beauty mark
